We love colours and patterns, and we are lucky to explore thousands of beautiful fabrics when working on interior projects. And we would like to thank you for taking us on this journey. At the end of the day, it is your dream we are trying to bring to life. And this is exactly what we have been doing in the past month. Take a look and see what you think.

Timeless Velvet

Who said that velvet is only reserved for winter? It adds a warm feeling to the room and if used in a bold colour, it takes the glamour experience to the next level.

The SCALA RED velvet from Kobe Interiors is one of the best velvet fabrics and we love working with it. It was a great choice used here to enhance the lounge in a luxury holiday home in Down Thomas. The brief was to frame a beautiful seaside view and by adding a pelmet to cover the tracks we helped to achieve just that.

And doesn’t the bench with a velvet finish look inviting to sit on? It goes perfectly with the NIGHTFALL fabric (above). This time we have followed the dream of Katie Woods from Smurf House and we cannot wait to see the finished project in its full glory.

Exquisite Details

Tassels and braiding are one of those fine details that can greatly change the look and feel of the finished product. They can be added to curtains, cushions, lampshades, pelmets end more. The possibilities are endless! Click on the photos to read the story behind each of the projects.

Your Home is Your Castle

Recently we have been privileged to work with Frieda Gormley on the project at the Trematon Castle. This beautiful deep-buttoned bench has been upholstered with the House of Hackney’s fabric, PLANTASIA. This fabric can also be used for curtains, cushions, and blinds, and is also available as wallpaper. If you have yet to create a castle feeling in your home, we would highly recommend House of Hackney’s fabric. It is one of a kind.

Eco Inspirations

We love nature and we not only appreciate its beauty but also want to support the initiatives that help to save the planet. Look at these incredible projects we have been involved with recently, that have filled us with pride and joy.

Back in January, we worked with the gorgeous cotton linen HEDERA fabric developed by the House of Hackney in partnership with an international conservation charity called the World Land Trust. With every meter of the fabric, the House of Hackney purchases & protects 35 square meters of forest. Now, that the fabric is launched, we can finally share it with the world.

We could not dream of a better fabric choice for the period farmhouse in Sherford. The owners, who are passionate about conservation and sustainable farming have chosen this charming print in this classic navy and white combination. This is ILIV’s GREAT OAK,100% BCI (Better Initiative Cotton).

As we are always looking for ways to recycle our offcuts, so we hurried to help Indie with her college fashion project. She was after leather to make chaps and look at the result! The final look and finish are astonishing. Who would have thought is it made of remnants.
